Freedom is Never Free

On October 23rd, 2021, FM Global gave their employees a choice: get vaccinated or be terminated. Those of us with religious objections requested reasonable accommodations, as is our right, and most all were methodically denied.

And on January 4th, 2022 we were fired from our jobs.

By denying reasonable accommodations, coercing employees to violate their convictions, and ultimately retaliating by terminating those of us who did not comply, FM Global – like so many other companies – violated the rights of their employees under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, as well as their own internal discrimination and harassment policies.

Our desire is to stand against injustice and provide a voice for so many that have felt victimized and voiceless these past many months – all over this country. We intend to hold FM Global legally accountable for their decision to violate employee rights, and help set a precedent to benefit all our fellow citizens.

Clearly we cannot do this alone. Taking on one of the largest companies in the world is daunting, time-consuming, and costly… but it is worth it. This is why we are asking for your support, as your contribution will help fund the legal fees to do so.
