WE BELIEVE
Fighting for your Rights
“When one pilot has a problem, we all have a problem.” No more poignant statement has ever been made by our union. Yet, in the lead up to the new UPA, almost 700 United Pilots on Long Term Disability were purposefully left behind.
The American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly defines the rights of the disabled. Yet, the Air Line Pilots Association, when brought to their attention, refused to negotiate for improved benefits for all its members. Rather, they chose to create a “carve out” for only pilots suffering from “Long-Haul Covid.”
We are a group of disabled pilots who are fighting for their rights under the ADA. While the photo above shows a plane taxing out, we refuse to be left behind. When we stand together, all things are possible. Please join us in our fight.
